Energetics, Emotions & Chakras

Australian Essential oils believe for health and well-being it is very important to have an understanding of our innate Body’s Energy System.  In many spiritual and healing disciplines, and in the world of complementary medicine the word Chakra pops up quite a bit. That’s fine if you know its meaning; not so great, and I must say pretty confusing, if you don’t.

The 7 Chakras are the energy centres in our body in which energy flows through.

The word ‘chakra’ is derived from the sanskrit word meaning ‘wheel’. Literally translated from the Hindi it means ‘Wheel of spinning Energy’. A chakra is like a whirling, vortex-like, powerhouse of energy.

The chakras spin and energy flows through them. Each chakra vibrates at a different frequency. At times this energy can become stuck or the chakra can pick up energy from an outside source. When a chakra is not balanced, it can affect that physical region of the body and also affect specific aspects of our spiritual and emotional selves.
Within our bodies, you have seven of these major energy centres and many more minor ones.

You can think of chakras as invisible, rechargeable batteries.

They are charged and recharged through contact with the stream of cosmic energy in the atmosphere in much the same way that your home is connected to a central power source within a city – the only difference is that this cosmic energy source is free.

Imagine this, a vertical power current rather like a fluorescent tube that runs up and down the spine, from the top of the head to the base of the spine. Think of this as your main source of energy. The seven major chakras are in the centre of the body and are aligned with this vertical “power line. ”

Chakras connect your spiritual bodies to your physical one.

They regulate the flow of energy throughout the electrical network (meridians) that runs through the physical body. The body’s electrical system resembles the wiring in a house. It allows electrical current to be sent to every part, and it is ready for use when needed.

Sometimes chakras become blocked because of stress, emotional or physical problems. If the body’s ‘energy system’ can not flow freely it is likely that problems will occur. The consequence of irregular energy flow may result in physical illness and discomfort or a sense of being mentally and emotionally out of balance. They  too have their own individual frequencies and energetic properties and can be of great assistance in balancing the energetic body as well as the chakras.

The Aura

The aura is the electromagnetic (energy) field around the body, and there are 7 energy centers or vortices in the body, that are called chakras.

It is in the auric field and the chakras that our thoughts, feelings, and experiences are recorded.

Essential oils too have their own individual frequencies and energetic properties and can be of great assistance in balancing the energetic body as well as the chakras.

Understanding of Spirituality

Understanding of Spirituality and Learning Self-Awareness

Spirituality is more than just a word.

Spiritual & Spirituality should and needs to be one in the same
spirit-soul-body-mind-emotions-will

So few people on your earth plane who claim to be spiritual, who claim to have spirituality
in fact do not have any idea of what these words actually mean

To learn to be spiritual means to learn to be aware of self. (Self-awareness, Self-actualisation)

We are a 3-Part Whole.  We are a spirit, we have a soul and we live in a body.

To be aware of self requires much practice – to look within one’s heart, to discover the ability to love. The ability one has to feel compassion for one’s fellow man. Not only to feel the love and compassion for one’s fellow man but to feel love and compassion for oneself.

There is so many people who look within who do not see that which is there.  They find anger, they find guilt, and they find lack of love.
All this can be changed.

In order to become spiritual – love and have compassion. So much is spoken about this word.

Compassion is the emotion that one feels in response to the suffering of others that motivates a desire to help.

It must be understood that Truth, Promise, Caring, Fulfilment and Satisfaction must be found within oneself, before it can be shared with others. Many you meet along your path do not know how to look within, help them, but first look within yourself.

The true learning of spirituality comes always without exception, always within your spirit

You cannot learn spirituality from without.

You can be directed, you may be taught, you may be shown how to acknowledge your spirituality, but you cannot be given spirituality from without your spirit.

It must be recognised within.

Once recognition takes place, then a greater understanding of the meaning to be spiritual and to obtain spirituality will be yours.
In greater abundance it will be yours.

Wealth and riches denote the things of intelligence and wisdom.

As you learn to be spiritual, as you learn the progress of your own spirituality and the greater understanding of what that means,
then you will be able to pass this knowledge on to your fellow man.

Your destiny is your only obligation to SELF

Destiny is Contentment, Fulfilment & Happiness

Live your truth and find your TRUE “Happy Place” within

Hugs, Love & Happiness to all

4 Pillars of Health and Balance

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_single_image image=”42564″ img_size=”full” alignment=”center”][vc_column_text]

The 4 Pillars of Health are core to our health and well-being

Mental – The Mind    Physical – The Body    Emotional – The Heart    Spiritual – The Soul

When the above 4 pillars are out of balance our body experiences disharmony thus
becoming The 5th Pillar of Health, we classify as Dis-harmony or Dis-ease.

It is important for us to understand our body’s energy system simply our Energetic Chakra System.
It is just another system of our body, just the same as our Respiratory System or Nervous System.

There are 7 main energy centres in the body, known as chakras. Each chakra is located throughout our body so that it correlates to specific body ailment and physical dysfunctions; each energy centre also houses our mental and emotional strengths. When we have a physical issue, it creates weaknesses in our emotional behaviour.
When we release the stale energy from the body, it can undo any tightness, stiffness, or malfunction of that area.

The clearing of the energy can also balance our emotional state of mind. The Chakra Mind-Body Balance is a two-way street: if there are certain fears and emotions we are holding on to, we experience physical restrictions, too.

If you have aches or stiffness, or certain recurring emotions and fears, read along and you may find out which chakra is affected or blocked.

Fragonia Best New Talent

[vc_row][vc_column][vc_column_text]The uniqueness of Fragonia essential oil is its ability to work at a deep level, releasing both physical and emotional blockages. This essential oil possesses the ability to bring harmony, peace and balance.

Botanical Name: Agonis fragrans
Country of origin: Australia Only [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]

fragonia-smallweb

When the power of love is greater than the love of power,
the world will know peace.”
– Jimi Hendrix

Like a candle carrying the light of dignity, Fragonia is fertiliser for the spirit, taking you beyond lingering hurts and emotional enmeshments stemming from any unresolved family issues.

When your life force has wilted and you are feeling fragile, frail, debilitated and separate, Fragonia will move you away from your fragility and lovingly demand that you call on your self-respect and dignity when dealing with memories of the far, far past.

Patterns of repetition in your consciousness can keep you trapped within the limitations of your personal history. What was in the past can uncannily show up again in the present. These patterns take the form of grooves in your emotional grid and denote patterns of energy layered with emotional scarring. Fragonia gently helps to remove those scars from the emotional framework, alleviating toxic residue and mental static.

As we become personally accountable for the accumulative effects of our emotions, thoughts and attitudes, purification practices are required to burn off layers of buried negative impressions, repressions and suppressions that come forth as old blockages are released.

You have the ability to mobilise your healing resources and Fragonia calls you to that place in your higher consciousness where you are connected to something far greater than yourself. As you build resilience, extra-ordinary shifts can occur in the psyche, where you can celebrate life, despite illness, dis-ease and emotional discomfort.

At the top of the spine, at the base of the skull, (see also occipital ridge muscle) there is an emotional release point which acts a filter for the nervous system and spine. By applying Fragonia to this reflex point the nervous system will relax, allowing feelings, emotions and thoughts to be processed differently.

Brisk friction massage alongside the spine with Fragonia is also an important aspect of this release, strengthening the power of the neural pathways.

Fragonia carries a unique energy pattern bringing the gift of the power of love. In each of us love is already in place. Perhaps you can simply, let love, love you.

  • Where do you carry fragility in your body, your psyche?
  • Do you require a re-solution to an old recurring issue?
  • What regular practice can you undertake, to counter negative thoughts and feelings with positive ones?

Blends well with: Kunzea, any Eucalyptus oils (for colds and flu), Lemon Tea Tree, Sandalwood[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
