Description

Peppermint is grown in the Southern regions of Australia, where greater day length approximates its native Mediterranean locations.
Evidence of use dates back to 1000 B.C.

The essential oil is perhaps best known for its ability to induce a strong cooling effect on the skin without the influence of capsaicin from chilis that reverse the effect thus give a heating sensation on the skin.
Australian grown Peppermint oil comprises nearly 80% menthol plus menthone and associated chemicals, and has less than 10% cineole.

Peppermint Essential Oil stimulates the mind, increases mental alertness, focus and reduces mental fatigue.
Peppermint assists in easing migraine, sinus, chest congestion & digestive problems helping to detox the body.
It can also be used for seasickness & nausea.

Use:
 3-4 drops to an oil vaporiser, add 4 drops to every 10ml of carrier oil for adults.

Caution:
May cause skin sensitivity if undiluted, do not take internally & avoid during pregnancy.
